Part B · Track & Relaunch

Collect Testimonials While the Momentum Is Hot

Testimonials from Round 1 are what fill Round 2 — bigger, faster, with more confidence. Collect them while the experience is still fresh. Don't wait until the workshop is over.

💡
You're not asking for a favour You're giving other parents the chance to make a better decision for their child. Frame it that way and it never feels salesy — for you or for them.
Tier 1
Most parents — reserved, low-effort ask
Screenshot Zoom chat responses · WhatsApp wins (screenshot + ask permission) · NPS rating with one feedback question
Tier 2
Warmer parents — one extra step
Google review — send the direct link, don't make them search
Tier 3
Your top 1–2 fans — ask privately, keep it casual
30-second voice note or short video testimony

Step 1 · Every Session
Round robin at the end — "What's one thing you liked today?"
Before closing Zoom, go around and ask each parent or child: "What's one thing you or your child liked about today?" Record with permission. Unscripted, in-the-moment responses are more powerful than polished written ones.
Step 2 · As They Happen
Screenshot WhatsApp wins the moment they arrive
When a parent sends a positive mid-conversation message, screenshot it immediately. Then reply:
"Thank you for sharing this 😊 Would you mind if I used this as feedback to help other parents decide?"
→ Most say yes. Done in 30 seconds.
Step 3 · When They Don't Know What to Say
Use trigger questions to draw out specific, emotional answers
Generic "good teacher" responses are useless. These questions pull out real stories:
  • "Was there a moment during the session when something really clicked for your child?"
  • "How does your child feel about this subject now compared to before?"
  • "What made you choose me over other tutors?"
  • "Has this helped your child beyond just the subject?"
  • "What would you tell a friend who was looking for similar help?"
Step 4 · For Shy Parents
Give them a simple 3-part structure to follow
If they freeze, remove the blank page pressure completely:
"Just share: the problem your child had, how we worked on it, and what's changed. Even two sentences is perfect."
Step 5 · After the Workshop
Send the NPS — one question, low pressure, high response rate
One WhatsApp message or Google Form immediately after the workshop ends:
"On a scale of 1–10, how likely are you to recommend this workshop to another parent? And what's one thing we did well / one thing we can improve?"
→ Positive comments become testimonials with permission
Step 6 · At Close
Ask for a Google review — always send the direct link
Don't say "please leave a review" and leave them to find it. Send the link every time.
"If your child found this useful, would you mind leaving us a quick Google review? Even one sentence helps other parents find us 😊 [direct link]"
Step 7 · Your Top 1–2 Fans Only
Ask your warmest parents for a 30-second video — privately and casually
Identify 1–2 parents who already speak highly of you. Never ask publicly. Ask them privately in a DM:
"I have a small favour — would you be comfortable sharing a 30-second video about your child's experience? Totally casual, just talking to your phone."
Step 8 · When You Need Both Praise and Feedback
Use the Hamburger Method — positive, improve, positive
When you need both a testimonial and constructive feedback, structure your ask as: positive → area to improve → positive. This keeps parents feeling safe to be honest, and you get real insights without any awkwardness on either side.
Step 9 · After Every Round
Compile everything into one folder — one folder per round
Create a dedicated folder for each workshop round. Store everything in one place so it's ready to pull for your Round 2 landing page, Instagram Stories, and WhatsApp broadcasts.
  • Screenshots from WhatsApp and Zoom chat
  • Google review links
  • Voice notes and video clips
Step 10 · Mid-Session Gold
Ask at the moment of a win — not just at the end
When a parent says "Wow that's so clear" or a child gets something right mid-session, capture it immediately:
"I'm glad it helped — would you mind sharing that in the chat so other parents can see?"
→ In-the-moment responses are the most authentic

📄

Landing page for Round 2
Lead with 2–3 specific testimonials above the fold.

📱

Instagram Story slides
Quote on slide. One testimonial per story. Simple and powerful.

💬

WhatsApp broadcast
Send to warm leads who didn't sign up for Round 1. Let the testimonial do the work.

📌

Pinned post in your community
Pin the best testimonial. New joiners see it immediately.

Part C · Track & Relaunch

Plan Round 2 Before Round 1 Even Ends

The best time to announce Round 2 is when your current students are still inside your workshop — their energy is at its peak, and the transformation is happening right in front of them.

🚀
Even one student is a win It proves your funnel works. Iterate from there. Don't wait for a perfect round before planning the next one — the second round is always better than the first.
Step 1 · Before Round 1 Closes
Set the Round 2 date while momentum is at its peak
Announce Round 2 to your current workshop group before it ends. Their energy is highest right now — and students who had a great experience are the easiest next-round sign-ups you'll ever get. Don't wait until after it's over.
Step 2 · Pricing Structure
Bundle all days as one package — no individual day pick-and-mix
Don't let parents select individual sessions. Sell the full workshop as one bundle. Less admin, more revenue, cleaner logistics, and parents who commit to the full run get better results — which means better testimonials for Round 3.
Step 3 · Promotion Timeline
Start ads at least 4 weeks before the workshop date
Singapore parents often wait for school results before committing. Give yourself — and them — enough runway. For a June workshop, start promoting in late April. Starting too late means you're scrambling in the final week.
June workshop → Start promoting: late April
December workshop → Start promoting: early November
March workshop → Start promoting: early February
Step 4 · Revenue Optimisation
Add upsells to your checkout — more revenue, no extra sessions
These easy add-ons increase revenue per parent without adding more teaching time:
  • Marking of child's work between sessions
  • One-to-one feedback session (30 min)
  • Digital resources bundle at a discount
Step 5 · After Every Round
Document and systemise — make the next round plug-and-play
After each round, spend 30 minutes writing down: what worked, what to change, what parents said, what you'd do differently. The goal is a workshop that runs smoother every single time — eventually, it becomes a system you can hand off.
→ The 3rd round is always easier than the 1st

You've Built the Full System — Now Repeat It

SWIFT isn't a one-time launch. Every round feeds the next one — better testimonials, warmer leads, stronger confidence. The system compounds over time.

🔄
The SWIFT flywheel Signature → Webinar → Invite → Fill Class → Track & Relaunch → back to Webinar, stronger than before. Every round shortens the time to fill your next one.
Step 1 · Commit
Set your Round 2 date and commit to it — publicly
Don't keep the date to yourself. Announce it to your WhatsApp community and existing workshop parents today. A public commitment creates accountability and gives warm leads a real deadline to act on.
📅 Round 2 date: _________________
📢 Announced to community: Yes / Not yet
🎯 Target students: _________________
Step 2 · 1 Week Before Opening
Warm up your list with a "sneak peek" message — before registration opens
Don't open registration cold. Send a single warm message to your WhatsApp community 5–7 days before spots open. No hard sell — just anticipation. Something like:
"Just a heads up — Round 2 of [workshop name] is coming soon. Dates and details dropping this week. If you've been waiting, this is your round 🙌"
→ Primed parents act faster when registration opens
Step 3 · Launch Day
Lead with Round 1 testimonials — let other parents do the selling
Your Round 2 launch post should not start with "Registration is now open." It should start with a real result from Round 1. A screenshot. A quote. A child's before-and-after. Then open registration. The testimonial is the reason to act — the link is just the mechanism.
Post structure: Testimonial or result → What Round 2 covers → Date, time, price → Registration link
→ Proof first, pitch second — always
Step 4 · Open Registration
Add real urgency — limited spots is not a trick, it's the truth
Small group workshops genuinely have limited spots. Say so plainly — not as a pressure tactic, but as a fact that helps parents act. You don't need countdown timers or fake scarcity. Just be honest about your capacity:
"Taking [X] students only this round to keep it small and focused. First come, first served — registration link below."
→ Honest scarcity converts faster than artificial urgency
Step 5 · 48 Hours Before Close
Send a "last chance" message — then close and move on
48 hours before your registration closes (or spots fill), send one final message. Keep it short. Mention how many spots remain if you know. Then close registration on time — every time. Keeping registration open "just in case" trains your audience not to act fast next round.
"Last reminder — [X] spots left for Round 2. Registration closes [date]. After that, the next round is [month]. Link below 👇"
→ Closing on time builds credibility for every future round
