Step 1 of 6

Start with Your Heart — Why You Teach

Before building anything, get clear on what makes you different. This is the foundation everything else sits on. It takes 20 minutes. Don't skip it.

💡
Why this matters Your signature programme isn't just a course — it's a transformation you've already been delivering. We're just giving it a name and a shape.
Write your "why I teach" in 3 sentences
What called you into education? What breaks your heart when a student is stuck? What fills you up when a student finally gets it? Write it down — raw, honest, no editing.
Describe your unique teaching approach
How do you teach differently from everyone else? Is it the way you explain things? Your patience? How you connect with students emotionally before going academic? Be specific — "I'm passionate" isn't enough.
Name your ideal student clearly
Who is this programme for, exactly? What are they struggling with right now? What do they desperately want? The clearer you are, the more magnetic your programme becomes.
Step 2 of 6

Collect Your Proof

Your past students already know what makes you special. Your job is to listen to them. Gather at least 10 testimonials — this is the raw material your framework is built from.

📋
Target: 10+ testimonials minimum More is better. Even short ones count. Voice notes, WhatsApp messages, Google Form responses — all of it works.
Ask your best students / parents for a testimonial
Send a simple message: "Hi [Name], I'm building a new programme and would love to hear how our sessions have helped you. Could you share 3–5 sentences on what changed for you?" Keep it casual. Most will say yes.
Dig through old messages, emails, WhatsApp chats
You already have testimonials — you just haven't collected them. Scroll through your chats. Look for "thank you" messages, parent updates, students sharing results. Screenshot and save them all.
Compile them into one document or PDF
Copy all testimonials into a single Word doc or PDF. One testimonial per paragraph is fine. This file gets uploaded to Claude in the next step — so keep it clean and readable.
→ Save as "my-testimonials.pdf"
Read through them and note what keeps repeating
Before the AI does anything — you do this first. What words or themes show up again and again? "Safe", "confident", "finally understood"? Jot down 3–5 words that keep appearing.
Step 3 of 6

Create Your Framework Acronym

This is the heart of your signature programme — a memorable acronym that captures exactly how you teach. Use Claude to generate it from your real testimonials.

🤖
You'll need your testimonials PDF from Step 2 Open Claude in a new tab, upload your PDF, then paste the prompt below. Claude will give you 10 framework options to choose from.

📋 Your Claude Prompt — Copy Everything Below
I need help creating a signature framework for my heart-based education offer. I've uploaded testimonials from my students/clients. Please: 1. Extract the essence and common themes from these testimonials 2. Create a short, punchy, easy-to-remember acronym that captures this essence (4 letters is ideal) 3. Provide 10 unique acronym variations, avoiding common ones like RISE, GIVE, CARE, or GROW 4. For each acronym, explain what each letter represents in a way that's easily understood by an 8-year-old 5. Ensure acronyms reflect motion or progress When generating acronyms, please: - Avoid commonly used acronyms in education - Suggest options that directly relate to my subject area - Include acronyms that create a visual metaphor or story - Focus on words that resonate both intellectually and emotionally Also answer these questions based on my testimonials: - What unique transformation do I consistently provide? - What is my distinctive teaching approach? - What emotional qualities do students repeatedly mention? - What specific results do my students value most? - What is the most compelling promise I could make in my signature offer?

After Claude Responds

Pick and Develop Your Acronym

Choose 1 acronym (or ask Claude to combine two)
Read all 10 options out loud. Which one makes you feel "yes, that's me"? If two resonate, tell Claude: "Can you fuse Option 2 and Option 7 into one?" It works beautifully.
Get Claude to fully expand your chosen acronym
Ask Claude: "Expand [your acronym] — give me a full definition for each letter, how I implement it in teaching, and the benefit to the student. Use 'you/your child' not 'I/we'."
Write a 1-sentence tagline for your framework
Something like: "The SPARK Method — where every student discovers they're a natural learner." Short, memorable, and yours. Ask Claude to help generate 5 options if you get stuck.

Step 4 of 6

Design Your Programme Structure

Now turn your framework into a real programme. Decide how students move through it — from first contact to transformation complete.

📐
Think in journeys, not just lessons Every great programme has a beginning (entry), a middle (where the magic happens), and an end (transformation + what's next). Design all three.

The 5 Parts of Your Programme

Entry Point
How does a student begin? Assessment? Welcome session? First class ritual?
Core Method
Your framework in action — the weekly/session structure that delivers the transformation.
Support
How do you keep students on track? WhatsApp group? Parent updates? Monthly check-ins?
Milestones
How do you measure and celebrate progress? Mini-wins matter as much as the final result.
Completion
How does the programme end? Certificate? Review session? What's the next step for graduates?
Write out each letter of your acronym as a module or stage
If your framework is LEAP, then each letter becomes a phase. "L Phase: Linking concepts to real life — weeks 1–3." Give each letter a timeframe and describe what students will do in that phase.
Decide on your delivery format
Group class, 1-to-1, hybrid? Online, in-person, or both? Weekly sessions or intensive? What fits your lifestyle AND what your ideal students need most?
Define your one unique element (your "signature touch")
Every great programme has one thing that's distinctly yours. A "Progress Celebration Week"? A parent debrief session? A personalised student workbook? What would make your students say "I've never seen a tutor do this before"?
Step 5 of 6

Package and Price Your Offer

Your programme needs a name, a price, and a clear way for students to enrol. This is where you make it real.

🎯
Don't underprice out of fear Your price signals your value. A $300 programme and a $3,000 programme feel completely different — even if the content is similar. Price for the transformation, not the hours.
Name your programme
Combine your framework acronym with a descriptive phrase. Examples: "The SPARK Reading Acceleration Programme", "The LEAP Maths Confidence Method", "The HEART Learning Experience". Run 5 name options past a trusted student or parent. Which one makes them lean forward?
Set your duration and format
Decide: How many weeks/months? How many sessions per week? Group size (if group)? One clear answer — not "it depends". Commit to a structure you can deliver consistently.
→ Example: 12-week group programme, 2×/week, max 6 students
Set your price point
Calculate: What's the total value of the transformation? What do alternatives (private tuition, other programmes) cost? Set a price that's premium but accessible to your ideal student. Offer a payment plan if needed.
→ Range examples: $800–$5,000 for group programmes
Write your 3-sentence programme promise
Sentence 1: Who it's for. Sentence 2: What they'll achieve. Sentence 3: What makes your approach different. This becomes your core marketing copy. Test it by reading it to someone — if they say "tell me more", you've got it.
Step 6 of 6

Run Your Pilot and Launch

Don't wait until it's perfect. A pilot with 3–5 students gives you real feedback, real testimonials, and real confidence. Done is better than perfect.

🚀
Pilot first, polish later Run your programme once at a discounted rate. Get real feedback. Improve once. Then charge full price. This is the fastest path to a programme that actually works.
Test your framework with 1–2 trusted students first
Explain your framework to them. Ask: "Does this feel like what we've been doing together?" Their response will tell you if the framework is authentic. Adjust if needed before going public.
Recruit 3–5 pilot students (offer at 50% off)
Message your current or past students: "I'm launching a new signature programme and want to run a pilot with a small group. Interested in joining at a special rate?" Most will say yes — they want to support you.
Run the programme and collect feedback after every session
Use a simple 3-question form: "What was most useful today? What was confusing? What do you need more of?" This data shapes your final version — and becomes content for your marketing.
Collect a final testimonial from every pilot student
At the end of the pilot, ask each student/parent: "What changed for you? What would you tell a friend about this programme?" These testimonials power your full launch.
Set your launch date and open enrolment
Pick a date 4–6 weeks away. Announce your programme on Facebook, WhatsApp community, and email list. Share one pilot testimonial per day in the week before launch opens. That's your launch campaign — simple and done.
