10 Steps to Execute Your Workshop

1

Plan for Your Own Students First

Tell all existing students: "Annual package students join free. Term students join at half price." This fills your baseline. New students from the public are a bonus — not the goal. Removes all pressure.

2

Pick a High-Pain Topic

Choose what parents already complain about. Don't invent demand — find it. Examples: exam techniques, essay writing, comprehension, algebra, geometry. Pre-validated = easier to sell.

3

Repurpose Your Existing Materials

Don't create from scratch. Pull old worksheets, chunk them into daily themes, fine-tune for current needs. Feon saved hours by reusing last year's workshop content.

4

Decide Your Format and Price

Use the pricing reference above. Set your group size limit. Bundle all days — no day-picking allowed.

5

Build Your Landing Page

Include: daily topic breakdown, what's included, your bio, fees, video replay policy, testimonials, FAQ, and a soft CTA. A professional page builds trust before parents pay.

6

Launch Ads or Announce at Least 4 Weeks Out

Parents wait for school results before committing. Give yourself runway. Start with an early bird discount for the first 5 days — 10% off drives fast sign-ups.

7

Respond to Every DM Personally

Turn off the chatbot. Ask about their child first. Send the link second. Follow up after 2–3 days of silence. Phone call if they're still on the fence.

8

Add Upsells at Checkout

Before they confirm payment, show the marking / feedback / digital bundle options. Small extra steps, meaningful extra income.

9

During the Workshop — Teach Like Parents Are Watching

Because they are. Let them observe. This is your trial lesson. Parents who see your materials and your style convert to regular students.

10

After the Workshop — Collect and Convert

Ask for a Google review. Follow up with attendees who haven't signed up for regular classes. Announce Round 2 while momentum is still high.

"Plan the workshop for your own students first. If nobody else signs up — you still run it, you still deliver, and you still get testimonials. New students are a bonus. This is the only way to run a workshop without stress."
